Retirement Homes
We have learned recently of a retirement home that has been prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive for ignoring their advice on Legionella prevention. They were fined a lot of money. £40,000 I think! If you run a retirement home, please don’t let this happen to you. Get in touch and we can advise. It won’t cost you £40,000 !

Chiller systems

Legionella Pneumophila
If you own or are in control of premises with water systems then you should be aware of Legionella risks. You should understand how the Legionella bacterium can get into a water system and what it can do once it gets there. You should ensure that precautionary measures are in place to eliminate Legionella risks. It is important to realise that failure to comply with Legionella regulations can lead to prosecution. Please call us if you need our help.
